The conference will feature an exhibit area, 8’x10’ booths or tabletop, where companies can network and show products, technology, and software related to catalysis.
The booth fee is $1750 and includes:
- 8’x10’ booth
- Table, chair, and tablecloth
- Listing in meeting programs, in print and online
- One complimentary registration is provided. All others attending booth/conference must pay applicable fees.
Exhibitors may begin setting up at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 9, 2017 (the day before the conference), and at 7:00 a.m. the first morning of the conference
We request that booths not be dismantled until after lunch on Thursday, July 13.
Shipping: The Westin Galleria Houston does not have storage space for crates, pallets, or large shipments. Any materials to be sent to the Westin Galleria may arrive no earlier than July 7, 2017. A handling and storage fee of $25 per box/item or $10 per pound (plus all applicable dates) will be assessed. The mandatory handling and storage fee is retained by the Westin Galleria and is not a t tip, gratuity, or service charge for employees providing the handling services. The Westin Galleria will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials sent prior to July 9, 2017.
Itinerary: The exhibit area will be open during all conference breaks.
